Mark & Ngoc Pham

MARK and NGOC are development workers who serve at the Company of Grace (COG), a vocational training center for young people with disabilities, located in Ho Chi Minh city, Vietnam. COG was founded in 2011 by Hoa Van Stone who had a severe disability and a history of drug addiction. He was transformed in the 1990s and given an incredible vision to help disadvantaged young people with disabilities to develop the skills and knowledge necessary for employment, which led to the establishment of COG. After Hoa’s death in 2021, March and Ngoc were asked to prayerfully and carefully consider taking on the role of spiritual advisors. They work alongside Hien Stone, Hoa’s widow, to ensure that his vision and legacy lives on. Understanding the importance of this work, Mark, Ngoc and their newborn baby, Maia, joined the team at the Company of Grace in December 2021.

Mark and Ngoc are associate development workers.
