Waleska Febres

WALLA’S ministry has been primarily dedicated to evangelism, discipleship, leadership development, basic Biblical and non-formal theological education, and church planting in Colombia, the Dominican Republic, and Puerto Rico. Now she serves in Colombia at the Torch Bible Institute (Instituto Biblico la Antorcha), which focuses on preparing only ethnic leaders and pastors from the 107 tribes spread throughout Colombia to serve among their communities. Walla serves as co-director, academic coordinator, and teacher. She is also a pastoral assessor to the three churches founded in Bogota and participates in some movements and organizations serving ethnic groups and churches. In addition, she receives short-term mission teams. Walla makes short-term cross-cultural trips to the ethnic communities to encourage, comfort, follow-up, and offer training, workshops, and conferences on requested themes.
